Delivery Policy

Delivery Fees 

A standard delivery fee of €25 applies to all sample orders and items purchased through the cart. This flat rate applies across all locations in Malta (excluding Gozo – see our Gozo delivery terms). 

 

Payments 

The delivery fee must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. 
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time. 

 

Returns 

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time. 
If no one is present to accept the delivery, the item will be returned to our factory, and it will be the client’s responsibility to collect it directly. The delivery fee is non-refundable in such cases. 

 

Delivery Timeframe 
All confirmed orders will be processed and delivered within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delays caused by external courier services or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated accordingly.
