Company Location & Scope of Delivery
Seamless Ltd operates from Malta and currently offers local shipping within Malta only.
Please note.
Deliveries to Gozo are not available via the standard online checkout process. For such orders, kindly contact us directly to arrange an alternative delivery method.
Delivery Timeframe
All confirmed orders will be processed and delivered within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delays caused by external courier services or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated accordingly.
Payment Terms
All payments are to be made online via Trust.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing the order unless otherwise stated.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Please note that all sales are final. Seamless Ltd does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.
Exceptions may apply only in cases of damage or defects reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence.
